AGRSM-1500 “Donbass” automatic gas distribution station

The AGRSM-1500 “Donbass” stations are automatic and automated gas distribution stations of low throughput (up to 2000 nm3/hour) designed for feeding medium pressure gas to the AGASs (automatic gas accumulation stations). With the view of providing for serviceability, it is planned to arrange them on the territory of the existing GDSs. In this version, the AGRSM station can also be used for supplying gas to small townships.

The AGRSM-1500 stations provide for performance of the following basic functions:

  • cleaning of gas from dropping liquid and mechanical impurities;
  • reduction of high pressure of gas (Рin=1.2MPa…7.5 MPa) to the preset medium value (Рout= 0.3MPa…1.2 MPa) and maintaining it with certain accuracy in case of any changes in the input pressure or gas flow;
  • manual or automatic gas odorization in proportion to the gas flow;
  • measurement of gas consumption with multiday registration;
  • manual control of modes of operation of the AGRSM technological equipment;
  • delivery of emergency signals to the operator or controller in case of any disorders in the modes of operation;
  • automatic control of the switching unit.

The specifications of equipment, fittings, pipelines, controlling instrumentation, materials and other components supplied for the AGRSM comply with the standards and requirements of the normative documents on safety measures, labor protection, explosion and fire safety etc. applied in the process of GDS designing.

Completeness, safety degree of the equipment, level of automation, adoption of telemechanics etc. as well as operating parameters of the AGRSM station automatically ensure the continuous technological process of gas supply to the customers with the desired parameters.

In the process of conclusion of agreements for delivery of the AGRSM stations, concrete specifications and operating conditions defined on the basis of questionnaires are taken into account.

AGRSM includes: the technological unit, including two reduction lines with a common filter for gas cleaning, the measuring assembly unit and the gas odorization unit. The MIaA (measuring instrumentation and automatics) is supplied by agreement with the Customer.

The AGRSM equipment is mounted on a bearer frame in the form of a monoblock including assembly units: the technological and measuring ones. The odorization and MIaA units are made in the form of separate subassemblies in cabinet version. The odorization unit is installed at the output of the technological unit.

The AGRSM may be made in the following versions:

  • AGRSM-1500-1 – on a frame;
  • AGRSM-1500-2 – on a frame under a shed;
  • AGRSM-1500-3 – on a frame in a block-box.
