DRU adjustable angular throttle valves

The adjustable angular throttle valve is designed for smooth work medium flow control due to changing the area of the annular gap between the needle and the saddle in the process of onward movement of the tip in the process of rotation of the handwheel.

It is used when it is necessary to control the fluid flow-rate in the flow head equipment at wellhead, blowout preventer equipment, trunk pipelines and pump units.

  • All throttle valves are equipped with a needle position indicator;
  • For increasing the service life, the “saddle-needle” throttle pair is manufactured from the VК6 hard alloy.
  • Well medium – oil, gas, gas condensate with content of mechanical impurities of up to 25 mg/l, local water of up to 80% by volume
  • Climate version MCC, CC (cold climate);
  • Placement category I under GOST 15150-69;
  • Ambient temperature -60°С to +40°С;
  • Working medium temperature up to +120°С;
  • Corrosion-proof design: non-corrosive, corrosive К1 and К2.
