RDS regulators (reducers)

The RDS gas pressure regulator is designed for reduction of the high input gas pressure and its automatic maintenance at the given value.

The RDS can be used as a first stage reducer at special low flow GRSs (gas regulation stations) or as an independent article.

The RDS reducers may have different ranges of input and output pressure agreed with the Customer which provides for most efficient fulfillment of the tasks set.

For example, a special reduction unit is produced on the basis of RDS 230-10 for reduction of input pressure from 230…250 kgf/cm² to 35…40 kgf/cm².

An ejection unit is produced on the basis of RDS 100-10 with which an input pressure of 55…100 kgf/cm² is reduced to the desired range of 12…30 kgf/cm².

Has developed the design and set going production of the following reducers of the RDS type:

  • RDS 230-10; RDS 100-2; RDS 100-6; RDS 100-10; RDS 63-10; RDS 63-15; RDS16-15 etc.,
