Zaporozhye Foundry and Mechanical Plant increases the efficiency of the equipment with the help of Industry 4.0 technology

Zaporozhye foundry together with Metinvest Digital has implemented a monitoring system Koeebox, which corresponds to the concept of Industry 4.0. The project is implemented on the machine equipment of the mechanical shop and in the online mode allows you to determine the utilization rate of the equipment and quickly influence the modes of its operation.

Modern Koeebox monitoring modules are installed on seven machines of the mechanical shop. They read and transfer to the PC or smartphone the converted indicators of power consumption of the equipment on which there are a calibration and classification of operating modes. Operational monitoring of modes allows optimizing work of the equipment and to control efficiency of its work.

Thanks to the new solution, the human factor is excluded in the calculation of the utilization factor of the equipment, which reduces the likelihood of data loss or distortion.
