ISO 9001 is a series of international standards that defines the basic principles of quality management, requirements for the quality management system of organizations and enterprises, as well as guidance for achieving a sustainable result. This international regulatory document that establishes the requirements for modern management technologies, technology management of the enterprise as a whole. The introduction of these technologies ensures stable operation of the enterprise, meeting the requirements and expectations of consumers.

The quality management system is part of the organization’s management system and is aimed at achieving results in accordance with the established quality objectives in order to satisfy the requirements and wishes of all interested parties.

The ISO 9001 standard: 2015 was developed in accordance with the annex to the ISO Annex SL Directive (ISO / IEC Directives, Part 1 Consolidated ISO Supplement – Procedures specific to ISO), which defines the requirements for regulatory documents on management systems. It sets a new, uniform standard for the structure of management systems (not only ISO 9001, but also for other management systems).
