Flanged lubricators

The all-metal flanged lubricator is designed for coupling the wellhead equipment having flanges manufactured under GOST 28919-91 or API 6А.

It is used mainly for units with coiled tubing.

  • Length, mm: 2000 (it is possible to manufacture all-metal lubricators with the length of 500 to 2500 mm);
  • Working medium: water, oil, oil products, alkali, inhibited acid solutions, propane, cement and clay solutions;
  • Climate version MCC under GOST 15150-69;
  • Placement category I under GOST 15150-69;
  • Ambient temperature -60°С to +40°С;
  • Corrosion-proof design: non-corrosive, corrosive К1 and К2.
